They have the wrong year; it’s a pre-facelift R230 which means no later than 2008. Looks more like an ‘06 based on the SL500 designation.

Friday AM edit : turns out it’s a 2003. KBB sez $10k in excellent condition which this isn’t, so these guys are sniffing glue. Or licking toads.

If you notice in the last two pics of the interior, the colour is fading on the final pic. It has a curse. Every picture of the interior it slowly fades color.

Despite the ad being light on details, Possibly not much beyond typical MB V8 stuff. It’s an 11 year old car with nearly 100,000 miles. There are similar ones posted near me for as low as $15k. Depreciation hits expensive-to-maintain German cars hard.
